Digital Signage for Internal Communications

Our system (called CODA) consists of two basic components:

Eye2i: Digital Signage Specialists
The CODApod, a compact unit which directly connects a display screen to your network. No complicated configuration, no long trails of wires, no fuss. You need one of these per screen, and it allows you to connect that screen to a standard ethernet network (trust us, your business will already have one of these in place).

The CODAweb service, which allows you to manage your content – easily - and assign it to any of your screens in any location, from anywhere, using a simple web interface…just drag and drop the content you want to appear. You choose exactly what goes on what screen and when – you can even select different information for different screens or customise the screen content in response to external events (like an employee swipe card) to enable personalisation and more effective delivery.

Content can be sourced from anywhere on the web (or your organisation’s intranet) and delivered to any display on your CODA system. We can give you as much (or as little) help as you want in creating content. For example, you could use one of our standard templates, ask us to supply you with customised templates to suit your particular needs, or create your own from applications that you’re already familiar with (such as PowerPoint or PDF). Because we have experience as a communications agency, we can even help you to populate your templates with live information.

And, erm, that’s it. It really is that simple.
